- What services does your bridal shop offer?
We offer wedding gown rentals, evening dresses, traditional and modern kwa for both men and women, Sangjit attire, men’s suits, and pre-wedding photography packages. - How can I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment through the Booking page on our website directly or WhatsApp us to enquire gown availability on the date before booking a time slot. - What is the standard rental period for gowns and suits?
The standard rental period is 3 days and 2 nights. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods. - Do you provide custom-made gowns or suits?
Yes we do, however for tailor made gowns we encourage you to communicate with us in person after a 1st trial book appointment session (trying on a few ready made gowns) to visualize which type of gowns suit you best. - How many fittings are included, and how are they scheduled?
We usually recommend 2 to 3 fittings, depending on the extent of the alterations needed and the time remaining until the wedding day. - What are your payment and security deposit terms?
Full payment is required to book and reserve the gowns for your wedding day. A security deposit equivalent to your invoice total or the gown’s original price is required upon pick-up. After returning the gowns, if there is no damage or hard-to-remove stains (e.g., red wine or heavy makeup), the security deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer. - What happens if the gown is damaged or stained?
Any tear or damage to the gown will incur a repair fee based on the severity of the damage. Cleaning fees will also be charged for extremely dirty or stained gowns, including their detachable trains. These charges will be deducted from the security deposit, and the balance will be refunded accordingly. - Do you offer pre-wedding photography services?
Yes, we do. We customize pre-wedding photoshoots to cater to your needs and preferences, including your preferred style and location for the shoot. - Do you provide accessories for rent?
Yes, we offer both Western-style accessories (veils, crowns, and jewelry sets) and Chinese accessories (veils, hand fans, hairpins, and earrings) for rent.
